Genevieve Reiner, a third generation family member with Oakland Nursery, will be our speaker. In high school and college she worked in the family business with the landscape crew, interiorscape/interior plant maintenance, accounting, and landscape design departments. An attorney by training, she came back to the family business. She now spends her time managing the design office, coordinating special projects, and directing our education and outreach programming.

Genevieve will speak on preparing our yards for winter; what to dig up, and what needs to be buried under more mulch.   She will provide suggestions for wintering our house plants.   It's not difficult but a few tips can make the difference in how the plants look in the spring.
